Return Policy

1. Introduction

At AdVet, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our veterinary products. This Return and Refund Policy outlines your rights and our obligations regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges, in compliance with the Consumer Protection Laws of the United Arab Emirates.

2. Return Eligibility

You may return products within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging, including all seals, labels, and instructions.
  • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2.1. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used veterinary medicines and supplements.
  • Perishable goods with a short shelf life.
  • Items that have been damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery.
  • Temperature-sensitive products (e.g., vaccines) if the cold chain has been broken after delivery.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@advet.ae or call +971505001745 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization if eligible.
  3. Shipment: You can either drop off the item at our facility or arrange for a pickup (shipping costs for returns due to customer preference are the responsibility of the customer).

4. Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect it:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for valid returns.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery). We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, at no extra charge to you.
